"I'm driven by the hope that I haven't made my best work yet." - Paula Scher
I realized I was a graphic designer when I was 16, on my high school yearbook staff. My teacher noticed my affinity for the Adobe Creative Suite and promptly provided me with my own copy. He'll never know the depth of my gratitude for that gesture! I'd play in Photoshop for hours on end. I wanted to know what every button did. I wanted to use every tool, as many ways as possible.
And more than a decade later I'm still the kid clicking my way through a world in which creation is only limited by the extent of my knowledge of the tools at my disposal. The design world is ever-changing, and it invigorates me to be in constant exploration of new ways to bring the pictures in my head to life and give them meaning, function and purpose.
